1. Digital product
Trendory provides a digital subscription-based SaaS service. Access to the service is granted immediately after successful payment.
2. Refund eligibility
Refunds may be issued only in the following cases:
- Duplicate charge
- Technical issues that prevent access to the service and cannot be resolved
- Incorrect billing caused by system error
3. Non-refundable cases
Refunds are not provided for:
- Change of mind
- Partial use of the subscription
- Failure to achieve expected results
- Violations of Terms & Conditions

All refunds are handled by Paddle, our payment provider and Merchant of Record.
