1. Digital product

Trendory provides a digital subscription-based SaaS service. Access to the service is granted immediately after successful payment.

2. Refund eligibility

Refunds may be issued only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate charge
  • Technical issues that prevent access to the service and cannot be resolved
  • Incorrect billing caused by system error

3. Non-refundable cases

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Change of mind
  • Partial use of the subscription
  • Failure to achieve expected results
  • Violations of Terms & Conditions

4. Refund process

All refunds are handled by Paddle, our payment provider and Merchant of Record.
